Michael Dines is a designer’s artist. Literally – after an illustrious painting career in the 90’s creating sold-out gallery shows of his ghost-like landscapes in Atlanta, he needed a break, and switched gears to help to build his wife’s interior photography career. Along the way, he was asked by designers and collectors when he would start to sell paintings again, and eventually started to make them commissions instead of preparing gallery shows.
His work inspired us, and found a place in this Texas lounge we designed, adding an ethereal natural beauty through his landscape lens. It’s also inspired our round up of other light and lovely landscapes. We’ve gathered some of our favorites: from original oils to prints – we’ve got you covered at different price points and scales. Decorate your walls with these foggy landscapes to add some moody beauty to your space.
