I love a poster bed - in fact, I have more than one in our own home. Their larger stature in what is usually a smaller space creates a feeling of a room within a room. They’re decidedly furniture, but architectural in their scale, and have the ability to take a plain room from ‘meh’ to ‘oh my!’
