The Paris flea market turns up all sorts of treasures – one of them being this amazing vintage chest of drawers which found its forever home with a favorite client of ours. I like vintage and vintage-inspired pieces for their imperfections and quirk. They feel special, loved, and exude a sort of warmth to a space.
Chests of drawers live well in lots of places – in my own house I’ve used a marble topped one in our entry hall as both catch all and extra storage. They make great nightstands, and live well under a TV as a more interesting media cabinet. I’ve even converted them into custom sink vanities.
